Cột PolarSil dựa trên silica biến tính phân cực và lý tưởng cho việc tách GPC/SEC hữu cơ của nhựa và lignin có khối lượng mol thấp đến trung bình với trọng lượng phân tử từ 100 đến 1.000.000 Da sử dụng dung môi hữu cơ phân cực.
