Solutions are drawn into and held in the dispensing capillary by the action of the syringe
All solutions are separated by an air gap in the dispensing capillary to prevent precipitation or other chemical reactions during sampling
The collected solutions are then dispensed into the graphite tube located in the furnace workhead
PTFE tipped plunger provides good sealing, reducing bubble formation and preventing cross contamination
100uL syringe provides dispensing range from 1–70 microlitres with minimum injection volume 1 microlitre and < 1 % repeatability of dispensed volume
Rinsing of the dispensing probe is completed between collection for each solution component and after every injection
