Cột SUPREMA

Các cột SUPREMA lý tưởng cho phân tích GPC/SEC trong pha nước đối với các polyme trung tính và anion, chẳng hạn như PEO, PEG, pullulan, dextran, polyacrylamide, axit hyaluronic, axit polyacrylic và carboxymethyl cellulose. Các cột dựa trên copolymer acrylate này có sẵn với ba kích thước hạt khác nhau là 3, 5 và 10 μm, độ xốp riêng lẻ từ 30 đến 30.000 Å và các cột lớp đệm tuyến tính/hỗn hợp khác nhau, để đáp ứng nhiều nhu cầu ứng dụng, bao gồm các polyme có khối lượng phân tử từ 100 đến 30.000.000 Da.
Các cột SUPREMA đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn USP L25, L37, L38, L39, chịu được nồng độ buffer cao, pH từ 2 đến 12, nhiệt độ lên đến 80 °C và dung môi hữu cơ (lên đến 100% methanol hoặc acetonitrile).
