Thấu kính ion cho ICP-MS

Các thấu kính tách ion cho ICP-MS 7700, 7800, 7900, 8800, 8900 thực hiện chức năng thiết yếu là tách các ion khỏi photon và vật liệu trung tính dư để có tín hiệu nền thấp nhất và độ nhạy cao nhất với khả năng loại bỏ nhiễu hiệu quả.
Agilent sử dụng thiết kế thấu kính Omega lệch trục có độ truyền cao, được điều chỉnh để có hiệu suất tối ưu trên toàn dải khối lượng.
Các cụm thấu kính tách ion Omega thay thế và các thành phần thấu kính riêng lẻ để thay thế và bảo trì thường xuyên, cấu hình thấu kính x hoặc thấu kính s (cho ứng dụng bán dẫn).
