Các tiêu chuẩn Pullulan thường được sử dụng để hiệu chuẩn cột GPC/SEC trong pha nước. Các tiêu chuẩn tham chiếu polysaccharide riêng lẻ này có sẵn với khối lượng mol từ 342 đến 1.000.000 Da. Các bộ dụng cụ hiệu chuẩn Pullulan và bộ dụng cụ ReadyCal cũng có sẵn, với khối lượng phân tử lên đến 1.000.000 Da.
