Cột NOVEMA Max

Các cột NOVEMA Max được làm từ copolymer acrylate chức năng NH. Các cột NOVEMA Max phù hợp cho phân tích GPC/SEC trong môi trường nước đối với các polyme cation, chẳng hạn như các hợp chất amoni bậc bốn dạng polyme, poly(DADMAC), polyvinylpyridine, chitosan và poly(ethylene imine), với trọng lượng phân tử từ 100 đến 30.000.000 Da. Có sẵn ở hai kích thước hạt và độ xốp khác nhau cũng như các tùy chọn lớp đệm tuyến tính/hỗn hợp, các cột NOVEMA Max linh hoạt để đáp ứng nhiều nhu cầu ứng dụng khác nhau.
Các cột NOVEMA Max đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn USP L23, chịu được nồng độ buffer cao, pH từ 2 đến 12, nhiệt độ lên đến 80 °C và dung môi hữu cơ (lên đến 100% methanol hoặc acetonitrile).
