Cột MCX

Các cột MCX phù hợp cho phân tích GPC/SEC trong môi trường nước đối với các polyanion mạnh như poly(styrene sulfonate), lignin sulfonate, tinh bột biến tính, axit, rượu và pectin. Cột GPC dựa trên copolymer sulfonated styrene-divinylbenzene này có thể được sử dụng cho các polyme sulfon hóa có khối lượng mol từ 100 đến 5.000.000 Da và có sẵn ở hai kích thước hạt với nhiều độ xốp khác nhau để đáp ứng nhu cầu phân tích polyme của bạn.
Các cột MCX đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn USP L22, chịu được nồng độ buffer cao, pH từ 1 đến 13, nhiệt độ lên đến 80 °C và dung môi hữu cơ (lên đến 100% methanol hoặc acetonitrile).
