Study of the Metabolites

This Application Note describes the influence of nonvolatile compounds in white tea on flavor characteristics through an UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS based nontarget metabolomics profiling approach. Profiling of the tea metabolome using UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS followed by feature extraction and alignment resulted in 1,915 metabolite features.
