TriScroll 600 Inverter Pump

The Agilent TriScroll 600 Inverter pump is a dry scroll pump that operates at a pumping speed of 30 m3/h (500 L/min). The pump combines the benefits of frequency inverter technology and the performance of Agilent TriScroll vacuum pumps.

The TriScroll 600 Inverter pump employs a frequency inverter that delivers optimal and consistent performance at any voltage and frequency conditions worldwide. The frequent maintenance requirements of oil-sealed rotary vane pumps are eliminated with the TriScroll 600 Inverter pumps, simplifying regulatory and environmental compliance, and eliminating oil disposal costs
