Seahorse XF Imaging and Normalization System

The Agilent Seahorse XF Imaging and Normalization system is an integrated solution that acquires brightfield and fluorescence images and calculates cell numbers in each well. It then seamlessly transfers these images and cell counts into Wave software, where they are used to normalize XF data.

This solution provides the evidence needed to filter and better interpret XF data. Complete system integration requires the purchase of Agilent Cytation 1 or Cytation 5 Cell Imaging Multi-mode Readers.
