The Insight200M is a liquid explosive detection system (LEDs) providing enhanced capability for alarm resolution to detect and identify threats. It provides the highest possible detection rate of any Type A and Type B ECAC-certified system and the lowest operationally tested false alarm rate at less than 2.5% of all liquids, aerosols, and gels (LAGs) tested.
The Insight200M uses spatially offset Raman spectroscopy (SORS) to identify chemicals through even opaque barriers. This minimizes any risk to an operator and ensures if a threat is found, that an appropriate escalation can take place. The system is easily integrated into next generation checkpoints and has been proven to provide advanced alarm resolution for computed tomography (CT) technology.
